Bessie has over 30 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry in Greater China. Most recently, she was the founder of Withinlink, a China-based start-up incubator and early-stage VC fund focussing on marketing technology. 

Concurrently, Bessie is also the host of “Bessie Talks”, a weekly hourly podcast dissecting some of China’s most imminent trends with an emphasis on the cross-road between consumer products and technology.

Bessie is also the current CEO of JLL Greater China, leading 16 branches with over 20,000 employees, and a non-executive director of 2 other listed companies in the US (Abcam) and England (Electrocomponents plc) with a combined market cap of over USD 10B.

Joanna Lu is an expert partner within Bain’s global Consumer Products practice in Shanghai, and brings over two decades of global marketing leadership experience across the US and APAC, helping some of the world’s largest brands create business value via strategic transformation, innovation, and digitization. 

Recently, she served as the CMO of The Coca-Cola Company across Greater China and Korea, delivering high-single-digit growth, became the No. 1 global growth engine, and won 3 TCCC global innovation awards as well as the 2019 Effie Gold award.

She was named one of Campaign APAC's "Most Influential CMOs" in 2018 and one of AdAge China's "Women to Watch" in 2014. She holds an MBA from Fudan University.

Yudong Yang is the Editor-in-Chief of Yicai Media Group and China Business News, overseeing all news reporting at both organizations. In 2008, he founded the Yicai Research Institute, before heading a team to set up China’s first financial news bureau, Yicai News Agency, in 2010. In 2015, he took charge of editorial content at Yicai Media Group, and led the editing team in its digital transformation, maintaining Yicai’s client terminals at a higher level than most of its rivals. Under his leadership, the influence of Yicai reports have remained in the advance guard in the field, and have won the China News Award each year since 2015.

Stella brings 16 years of experience in investments and financial services. Prior to INCE Capital, she was the youngest partner at Qiming Venture, which she joined in 2010. Among others, she has invested in: Mafengwo, Tuhu, Musical.ly, Luotianyi, Yuanxin Technology, Dingdong, and Veer. Before Qiming, Stella worked for 4 years at GE Capital.

Stella was awarded ‘China’s Top 100 VC Investors’ by Forbes China in 2021, ‘China’s F40 Young Investors’ by PE Daily over 2018 – 2020, “Top 40 under 40” early-stage investors by Cyzone in 2018, and “Top 36 under 36” investors by 36Kr in 2019.

Ms. Zhou holds an Executive MBA degree (with honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Economical Sociology from the Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
