Robert H. McCooey, Jr. is Vice Chairman, responsible for leading business development for new listings in both Latin America and Asia Pacific, as well as overseeing relationship management with companies throughout their corporate lifecycle. He also works closely with premier financial sponsors globally to optimize and integrate interactions across Nasdaq’s Corporate Services teams, ensuring long-term partnerships and relationships.

During his 15-year tenure at Nasdaq, Robert has held a number of key roles across New Listings and the Capital Markets Group, as well as building what is Nasdaq’s highly successful listings franchises in APAC and Latin America. 

Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2006, Robert founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Griswold Company, a brokerage firm, from 1988 until 2006. He was a member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives from 2003-2006. Robert served on the NYSE’s Group Market Performance Committee, was chairman of the NYSE’s Technology and Planning Oversight Committee and served on the Boards of the NYSE Foundation, the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and the Committee for Review, part of NYSE Regulation. He is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP). 

Robert is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

In 1994, riding the wave of reform, Hang Zhou began his first entrepreneurial journey by participating in the founding of Tianchuang Digital Group. Over the next decade, Tianchuang Digital Group grew into one of China's largest professional audiovisual product and service groups, with Tianchuang Sound also becoming a leader in the professional audiovisual field. Amidst the rapid changes, he chose to pause and rethink, subsequently living abroad.

In 2010, Hang Zhou returned to China to start another business, founding Yidao, which pioneered the internet-based private car service industry model in China and embraced the concept of the sharing economy. In October of that same year, Uber officially launched its first app in San Francisco. At that time, the private car market in China was almost non-existent, making Yidao a rare original in the wave of China's mobile internet.

In 2017, Hang Zhou joined Sequoia Capital as an investment partner and revisited the perspectives of investment and entrepreneurship.

In October 2018, Hang's book "Reunderstanding: Thoughts Along the Way of an Entrepreneur" was released and well-received.

2010年回国再次创业，创立易到用车，首创国内互联网专车的行业模式，践行共享经济理念。同年10月，  Uber才在旧金山正式推出第一版App，当时国内专车市场更是几近真空，可以说易到是中国移动互联网浪潮中少见的原创。

2017年，周航加入顺为资本，任投资合伙人，并以投资人的视角重新审视投资与创业。

2018年10月，周航所著《重新理解：一个创业者的途中思考》上市，备受好评。
