As an opinion leader in the innovative industries, Mr. Yu Yang presciently introduced the concepts of "Internetization" in 2007 and "Internet+" in 2012, both of which have gained widespread recognition in the industry and have become national strategies. In 2015, Mr. Yu Yang once again proposed that "data is the new energy" and has led Analysys to provide data empowerment for China's digital enterprises, becoming a refinery and gas station in the era of data as crude oil.

Mr. Yu Yang also holds several prestigious positions including being a member of the Academic Committee of the Zhejiang Daily Press Group, a guidance expert at the Software College of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a trustee of the Loving Wardrobe, an honorary mentor of the Graduate Youth Development Care Plan of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a founder of the Shanghai Informatization Enterprise Association, an entrepreneurial mentor at the Asia Pacific Junior Chamber and the Pugongying Incubator in Zhongguancun.

Dian Liu

Dian Liu is the Director of the Strategic and Macro Research Program at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Governance of Tsinghua University (I-AIIG), and an Associate Research Fellow at the China Institute of Fudan University. He also serves as a researcher at the Key Laboratory of Legal Governance and Management of Industrial and Informationization under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. His publications include New Quality Productive Forces: New Drivers of China's Economic Development. His main research interests lie in digital economic governance, digital currency, internet and data governance, and international political economy. He has undertaken research projects commissioned by ministries such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Cyberspace Administration of China, as well as by Beijing's high-level think tanks, producing policy research results that have received significant attention. Currently, he is responsible for managing the "Global AI Strategy Insight" project at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Governance of Tsinghua University.

Sarah Wang, currently lives in San Francisco Bay Area in California. 

She works in the field of machine learning and data science for over 10 years in both technology and financial industries. For recent years, she worked as tech leads in tier-1 technology companies. She had extensive experience in improving AI-based recommendation system for Advertising and E-Commerce, and continuous success records in building 0-> 1 product features and data foundations for crucial company priorities. 

Sarah received her master degree in Applied Math and Computational Science from the University of Pennsylvania, US and BS degree from the school of Mathematical science of Peking University, China.

The technology sub-forum focuses on how new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data can drive industrial development, strengthen international cooperation, and optimize global governance mechanisms. How can cutting-edge technologies act as drivers of industrial transformation? How will these technologies redefine economic and social structures on a global scale? Additionally, the forum will also cover cooperation and competition between China and the United States in the field of technology, as well as how to establish a fair international technology governance system in the context of globalization.
