Dian Liu is the Director of the Strategic and Macro Research Program at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Governance of Tsinghua University (I-AIIG), and an Associate Research Fellow at the China Institute of Fudan University. He also serves as a researcher at the Key Laboratory of Legal Governance and Management of Industrial and Informationization under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. His publications include New Quality Productive Forces: New Drivers of China's Economic Development. His main research interests lie in digital economic governance, digital currency, internet and data governance, and international political economy. He has undertaken research projects commissioned by ministries such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Cyberspace Administration of China, as well as by Beijing's high-level think tanks, producing policy research results that have received significant attention. Currently, he is responsible for managing the "Global AI Strategy Insight" project at the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Governance of Tsinghua University.

刘典，复旦大学中国研究院副研究员、清华大学人工智能国际治理研究院战略与宏观研究项目主任、《技术经济与管理研究》总编辑。出版物包括《新质生产力：中国经济发展新动能》等。主要研究领域包括数字经济治理、数字货币、网络与数据治理，国际政治经济学等。曾承担发改委、中宣部、网信办等部委及北京市首都高端智库决策咨询研究课题，部分政策研究成果获得了重要的反响。目前在清华大学人工智能国际治理研究院负责主理“全球AI战略洞察”栏目。

Sarah Wang, currently lives in San Francisco Bay Area in California. 

She works in the field of machine learning and data science for over 10 years in both technology and financial industries. For recent years, she worked as tech leads in tier-1 technology companies. She had extensive experience in improving AI-based recommendation system for Advertising and E-Commerce, and continuous success records in building 0-> 1 product features and data foundations for crucial company priorities. 

Sarah received her master degree in Applied Math and Computational Science from the University of Pennsylvania, US and BS degree from the school of Mathematical science of Peking University, China.
