Jia Qingguo is currently a standing committee member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); he has previously served as a member of the 10th CPPCC National Committee and as a standing committee member for the 11th, 12th, and 13th CPPCC National Committees, as well as a standing committee member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. He also holds the positions of Vice President for the Chinese Association for Japanese Studies, the Chinese Association for American Studies, and the China International Relations Society, in addition to being an editorial board member for more than ten well-known academic journals in the United States, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
His main areas of research include international politics, China-U.S. relations, Chinese foreign policy, and cross-strait relations between China and Taiwan. He has published one monograph, co-authored two books, edited ten books, and has published over 150 academic papers in both Chinese and English in renowned domestic and international academic journals and collections of academic papers.
现任第14届全国政协常委；曾先后担任第10届全国政协委员，第11、12、13届全国政协常委，民盟中央常委。同时担任中华日本学会副会长、中华美国学会副会长和中国国际关系学会副会长，以及美国、日本、韩国、新西兰、香港及国内十余家知名学术刊物编委。

Dennis Chookaszian is the former Chairman and CEO of CNA Financial (CNA) and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He serves on the board of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) in addition to numerous other prominent board appointments for publicly traded and private companies as well as not-for-profit organizations, including a Trustee of Northwestern University and on the Deans Council of the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. Chookaszian is a respected cryptocurrency expert and sits as a board advisor to the Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Association (GDCA). He is also on the advisory board of Spores Capital, an NFT Ecosystem company that powers Web3 entertainment and marketing experiences, where he will offer counsel on tokenomics across the Spores Network ecosystem and governance across the venture capital fund. He is also on the board of Diffuse, which manages three crypto currency funds.
